Planning and Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission is the decision maker for Conditional Use Permits, Zone Changes and various other Zoning items.

The Commission makes recommendations to the Holbrook City Council on all zoning or rezoning, as well as preliminary plats and general plan amendments.

The Planning Commission meets at 5:15 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the City Council Chambers.
