The Planning and Zoning Commission is the decision maker for Conditional Use Permits, Zone Changes and various other Zoning items.
The Commission makes recommendations to the Holbrook City Council on all zoning or rezoning, as well as preliminary plats and general plan amendments.
The Commission meets at 5:15 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each
month, as needed, at the City Council Chambers.
